Role: Human Resources Intern (Remote, 3 Months)

Responsibilities

✅ Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes – sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
✅ Support onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires and interns.
✅ Maintain and update HR databases, employee records, and documentation.
✅ Coordinate internal communications and employee engagement initiatives.
✅ Help organize virtual events, team-building activities, and HR campaigns.
✅ Assist in drafting policies, maintaining compliance, and supporting HR audits.
✅ Collaborate with different departments to understand HR needs and provide solutions.

Qualifications

✔ Strong interest in Human Resources, People Operations, or Organizational Behavior.
✔ Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
✔ Familiarity with tools like MS Excel, Google Workspace, and job portals (LinkedIn, Internshala).
✔ Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
✔ Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn in a remote setup.
✔ Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
